San Francisco native George Archer won The Masters in 1969. He won 12 events on the PGA Tour, but his legacy today is tied to illiteracy. Archer, who passed away in 2005, battled dyslexia and never learned how to read. His wife, Donna, created the George Archer Foundation For Literacy to help raise money for people suffering with the same disability. 4-15-19
