In this video I explore the claim that vicks vapor rub can melt belly fat and be used for weightloss. There are many videos on Youtube that suggest rubbing vicks rub on your stomach can shrink belly fat and result in weightloss. WTF. I researched all the ingredients in vicks vapor rub both inactive and active, I was unable to find any studies that confirmed the ingredients in vicks vapor rub will aid in a weightloss protocol. I did however find evidence that CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) can reduce body weight and waist circumference if taken orally. It can also reduce thigh circumference and the appearance of cellulite if used topically in a cream.
