Ingredient list
Chick pea flour x 1 packet
Red onion x 2
Fresh coriander x 400 g
Mild curry powder x 1 small packet
Sparkling water x 1 litre
Oil for frying(should have from previous episode)
White or purple cabbage x 1 small
Red onion x 1
Avocado’s x ripe x 4
Big tomatoes x 2
Spring onions x 1 small bunch
Whole grain mustard x 1 small bottle
Cauliflower x 1
Parsley x 200 g
Lemons x 2
Limes x 4
Cucumber x 1
Canned chickpeas x 1 can

1. Roughly chop all vegetables, and mix with salt, pepper, curry spice, chickpea flour and sparkling water
2. Allowing a consistency of chickpea mixture to be formed.
3. Scoop golf sized in Preheat frying oil and fry until golden brown.
4. Whisk olive oil with mustard until emulsified, and season with salt and chopped Chives.
5. Warm up wraps and layer with tomato, cucumber, red onion, lettuce and avocado.
6. Place falafels on salad mixture, Drizzle with mustard dressing and enjoy.
