The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying four persons of interest in reference to a Theft I incident which occurred in the 600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, SE, on Monday, December 7, 2015, at approximately 1:57 PM. The subjects were captured by the store's surveillance camera.
